The organization is 25 years old, however; its founder members have over 100 years of experience between them in the fields of education, training & psychology.

It was founded in 1985 with the objective to provide psychological services to educational institutions, individuals and businesses. Since then it has expanded and branched into various divisions.

Out team comprises of over 110 members with local and foreign qualifications. These include psychologists, educationists, mental health specialists, business consultants, psychotherapists, research analyst, professional trainers, social workers, teachers ,physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and vocational trainers.
