Psychological Assessment:
Over the period of 25 years IBP has acquired, adapted, developed and administered a wide range of psychological assessment tools. These include:

Intelligence Quotient:
These tests measure learning potential, logical reasoning ability, the level at which an individual learns, understands instructions and solves problems. The results provide insight into how easily individuals can be trained and how well they can adjust. These tests are verbal or non verbal (to remove language barrier).

IQ tests help identify gifted or learning disabled students.

Emotional Intelligence:
The general view of human intelligence is far too narrow, because it ignores a crucial range of abilities that matter immensely in terms of how people do in life. It has been observed time and again that have many people with high IQ’s have floundered, while those of modest IQs have done surprisingly well. These factors add up to a different way of being smart termed ‘Emotional Intelligence’
